The room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (3:30 p.m. during bridges and holidays) to 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure (12:00 p.m. in case of direct booking).

Special Wellness Check-in

If you wish to use the thermal pools and spa on the day of arrival, before check-in time, an additional fee of €15.00 per person is required (with locker in changing room while supplies last).

Special Wellness Check-out If you would like to use the thermal pools and spa on the day of departure, after check-out time, an additional fee of €20.00 per person is required (with locker in changing room while supplies last). Late Check-out. Use of the room, thermal pools and SPA is until 8:00 pm; this is a paid service and subject to availability to be checked at the Front Desk.

The hotel has free Wi-Fi network throughout the hotel.

To gain access you are asked to register by entering in the appropriate fields: first name, last name, room number and email address.

An email will be sent with a link to click to verify the email and enable the device.

Maximum shared connection bandwidth: 100 MB download / 100 MB upload.

The large private indoor parking lot is free and uncut. Free parking within the white stripes.

Reserved covered parking is guaranteed only with reservation (€10.00 per day).

The company Delta B&B s.r.l. is exonerated from any liability with regard to any damage suffered by vehicles parked in the parking lot of the Hotel Savoia Thermæ & SPA, as well as of the things contained therein.

The Hotel Savoia Thermae & SPA is equipped with. 2 charging stations with “Type 2 anti-vandalism socket with shutter” with Maximum power of 22 Kw.

To recharge your electric car, park in the designated green spaces and contact the Front Desk (€20.00/recharge).

When charging is completed (steady blue light) free up the space.

When you arrive in your room, you will find a white bathrobe and a colorful pool towel available (per person).

Both are given for the entire stay.

On request:

  • bathrobe size change: free
  • used bathrobe change: €3.00
  • pool towel change: €3.00

Imagine how many tons of towels we unnecessarily wash every day in hotels wasting water and using a huge amount of detergents that pollute the earth!

But you can make a choice-for a better world:

  • towels on the floor = please change them
  • towels stored on the towel rack = I use them another time

Please use white towels only in your room.

When you arrive you will find in the bathroom in your room:

  • The bubble bath-shampoo bottle (or the dispenser),
  • The bar of soap (or hand soap dispenser),
  • the shower cap (not to be used in the pool),
  • the vial of body cream,
  • the sachet of intimate gel,
  • the vanity set.

For set-minicule (free of charge), toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and shaving foam (extra charge) please contact Reception.

It takes place between h. 9:00 and h. 15:00. In case you make use of the “do not disturb” card, please collect it by 2:30 p.m. in order to be able to perform room cleaning.

The safe is available inside the closet.

In order to use the safe, it must already be open with the 2 bolts retracted (if it is “closed” or “open with the bolts out” instead, call the Front Desk at number 9).

To close the safe keep the door closed and enter your secret code as you like (minimum 4 digits – maximum 6 digits) and then enter the enter arrow.

To open the safe Type in the secret code (no need to press the enter arrow).

Upon departure leave the door open to allow the next Guest to close the safe with their secret code.

In case of simultaneous sports events, preference will be given to the event that pleases the largest number of customers in the hall.

All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel (Art. 51 Law No. 3 of 16/01/03 and DCPM 23/12/03).

Smoking is prohibited in the outdoor area around the spa pools.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony/terrace of the room (if provided), in the Hall smoking room, and in all other open spaces.

The hotel has a free Internet point equipped with an all-in-one PC and laserjet printer.

The hotel has dedicated facilities for our differently-abled guests:

  • CAR PARKING;
  • Wheelchair and walker rental;
  • Mud-balneotherapy cabin equipped;
  • Lift for entry into thermal pool.

We use top-quality food products. We offer gluten-free dishes, dishes for celiacs, with special attention to any other individual intolerances and/or allergies. If you have not already indicated this at the time of booking please do so as soon as possible.

On request: menus for celiacs and vegetarians. WE DO NOT OFFER MENUS FOR VEGANS.

Cashier service is available at the Front Desk from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì, Carte Bleue, Maestro and JCG credit cards, ATMs and checks.

For luggage assistance, call the Front Desk by dialing 9. An operator will place your suitcase marked with your room number in a storage room next to the Front Desk either on the day of arrival if your room is not yet ready, or on the day of departure if you wish to stay at the hotel or for a walk around the city of Abano Terme.

Our doctor is available to prescribe medicines. Pharmacy purchases can be made by our staff. The cost will be charged to the room bill. Service upon request – € 5.00 per order.

Newspapers can be purchased from our staff. The cost will be charged to the room bill. Service on request – € 0.50 per day.

Our little guests are welcome! Please keep them on a leash. Small dogs and cats do NOT have access to indoor and outdoor pools, indoor garden park, bar & Terrazzabar, breakfast room, restaurant, spa and beauty farm. Any damages will be charged. € 20.00 per night (food excluded; room disinfection and cleaning at end of stay included). Staff is available on the floor with whom you can make arrangements for daily room cleaning time.

Free rental from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm of City-bikes and mountain-bikes. Guests are requested to return the keys of the bicycles after ‘use. Otherwise € 20.00 per day will be charged. In case of loss or theft of the bicycle € 100.00 will be charged.

If you have brought your bicycle with you, we inform you that the hotel has a storage room where you can lock it. Free service. Please contact the front desk for information.

Regular bus stop Via Previtali ( crosses the park adjacent to the Hotel; about 100m). Panoramic train stop “Puffetto” in front of the Hotel gate. For information on schedules and costs, please contact the Front Desk.

To make outside calls dial “0” (zero), wait for a dial tone, then dial the desired number. The dials made will be automatically charged to the account. To call another room form the number of the desired room.

The electricity in the room is 220 volts. We can call ourselves a Green and Eco-friendly facility because we use the heat from the thermal waters to produce all the energy needed to heat the rooms and produce hot water; not using fossil fuels or methane gas for this purpose. We cool ourselves with systems that use clean electricity. We cook with CO2 free natural gas. An immense gift to our environment.
